Winterpark is not a "Mini-Warehouse". Our building and site layout were custom designed by Miller Buildings to uniquely serve the needs of security, privacy, and convenience. We have state-of-the art security systems requiring two separate keypads to enter the climate-controlled section. Once inside, motion-detecting lights and infrared cameras record 24 hours a day. Site security includes a gated and locked perimeter fence, motion-detecting flood lights and random patrols by our resident site manager. Privacy is achieved by using smaller buildings with shorter hallways. This means you will rarely, if ever, encounter another user when you visit your unit and have your belongings in view. Short hallways and multiple entrance doors make it much more convenient to travel to your unit from your car. Our oversized driveways can easily accommodate larger moving trucks and trailers and allow for overnight parking to make rental returns more convenient. Our exclusive wall-to-wall carpeting is throughout the facility in both units and hallways. This protects your items from contact with concrete and potential moisture and allows you to use the hallways to stage your items as you pack your unit.
